All appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance, with a reminder text 2 hours prior to your appointment as well.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let Jennifer know as soon as possible. We understand that life happens, and sometimes things come up that will prevent you from making an appointment, but know there will be a charge for late cancellations, no shows and last minute rescheduling. The fees for these missed appointments are up to Jennifers discretion, and based on client history, thanks for understanding!
